Jatcorp (JAT) has entered into an agreement with Australian health food manufacturer Sanmik Natural Foods to develop ice cream and yoghurt products.
The companies will develop these products using JAT’s immune support formulas, which represents a significant new extension of Jatcorp’s business.
The collaboration is one of the few deals Jatcorp expects to close in the near term as the consumer stock moves to capitalize on the interest it is receiving from manufacturers and distributors seeking access to its supporting products. immune.
Immune products are the subject of a few completed research projects currently being undertaken by RMIT and the University of Sydney.
Jatcorp said the deal with Sanmik was limited to JAT’s Jinvigorate and Moroka products for the Australian market.
Sanmik will be responsible for developing the immune support ice cream suitable for the Australian market and will be the sole manufacturer in Australia.
There is no fixed term to the agreement and either company can terminate with one month’s notice.
All intellectual property (IP) created during product development will belong to JAT.
