WYOMING — Blue Ribbon Dairy, West Pittston, celebrated July Ice Cream Month by donating sundaes to residents of Serenity Manor, Wyoming. Resident Edythe Kepics is the daughter of the creators of Blue Ribbon, which opened around 1950.
